We organise energy assessments for all building types based upon:
- Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP)
- Simplified Building Energy Model (SBEM)
Including producing Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) or Predictive Energy Assessments (PEAs) plus Display Energy Certificates (DECs).
Energy Assessment services are conducted by our associates at Elmhurst Energy.
